Monoammonium phosphate is made by neutralization of extraction phosphoric acid by ammonia, and drying of ready-made pulp of monoammonium phosphate in the DGD vehicles (drum granulator-dryer).

Extraction phosphoric acid is produced by a dehydrated method, essence of which consists in decomposition of phosphate by sulphuric acid made of sulphur, in an extractor at intensive interfusion and strictly certain temperature condition, with subsequent filtration of pulp on rotary vacuum-filter. Phosphogypsum is a production waste, which is sent to a dumping site and it is also partly used in agriculture.
